Cool Cucumber TV is a regular food magazine programme for everyone who’s excited by good food – restaurant-goers and the trade – and brings to the viewer the same values as the respected Ackerman Guide of the 90’s but now on the screen. Restaurants are selected by the Ackerman Collection team and all are personally visited by Roy Ackerman. Restaurants only appear by invitation and do not pay to appear on the programme.
